Since 2006, attorney David Guion has served as executive managing director in tenant representation at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston. In this capacity, he represents clients in real estate transactions including lease renewals and restructures, build-to-suits, and lease acquisitions. Recognized as one of the firm’s top Houston producers from 2013 to 2019, David Guion received the Cushman & Wakefield America’s Standing Ovation Award in 2017.
Before accepting his current position, Mr. Guion focused on commercial and civil litigation. He holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Southwest Texas State University and a law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Outside his legal career, Mr. Guion serves his Houston community as a committee member for SEARCH Ministries and a mentor with Project GRAD and the H.O.S.T.S. Mentor Program. He has also participated in law and real estate events to benefit the Houston Area Women’s Center.
In his free time, Mr. Guion enjoys educating his children about hunting and taking them on bird hunting trips across the state.
